Modern Betsey Johnson Collection button down dress/jacket. Black textured dress features long sleeves, bold floral metal buttons, a ruffled hem, a pointed collar, polka dot lining, a fitted waist, and a bow tie back for a chic, vintage-inspired silhouette. This dress could easily be worn open as a jacket. There are pockets on either side of the front of the hips and the waist can be cinched tighter with the back ribbon. This piece was made in China and the material is 97% cotton and 3% spandex, with a 97% polyester and 3% spandex lining. The size is marked a 4, but please refer to the measurements. There are condition issues with this piece, pictured in the last two photos. It's missing the top button on the collar and the bottom button on the right cuff facing the jacket.
