1980s Lilia Smitty dress. This western/rodeo dress features metal tips on the collar, a red and gold design across the chest, and red fringe under the chest. It has long sleeves, a mid-length skirt, pockets on the front of either hip, and shoulder pads. The material is 100% cotton. It is marked a size 11/12, but please refer to the measurements. There were no visible flaws with this piece.
