1970s handmade velvet burnout dress. This dress features a floral blue, purple, and black pattern. It has a sweetheart necklace and a low back. There is a knee-high slit in the middle of the front of the dress. It attaches in the back with a zipper closure. This dress would be perfect for an evening or a special occasion, like prom or as a wedding guest. There is a minor condition issue, pictured in the last photo. There is slight fraying to the velvet on the straps. The bust is also slightly uneven, but it is not noticeable when worn.
