1920s handmade chiffon dress. The skirt and jacket portion of the dress are made of velvet with chiffon detailing while the top of the dress and sleeves of the attached jacket are made of chiffon. This blue and gold dress features a built-in slip for modesty. The jacket is attached to the dress and is not removable.
