1950s Joan Rafferty skirt. Black full circle skirt with two sequin-embellished cats playing with a green yarn ball motif, detailed novelty design, and high-waisted silhouette. Attaches at the side with a metal zipper and two hook and eyes above. There are some condition issues with this piece, pictured in the last two photos. There is a tiny brown mark on the front top of the skirt and some loose strings in the sequins of the cat on the right.
