1940s Monarch skirt suit two piece set, includes the jacket and the skirt. This set features lined crepe fabric on both pieces, light shoulder pads in the jacket, a wide collar, and faux pockets on the front of both hips of the jacket. The long-sleeve jacket attaches at the front with fabric covered buttons, while the skirt has a side metal zipper and two sets of hooks and eyes above. There is also a closed slit detail on the back of the skirt. There are some condition issues with this set, shown in the last five photos. There is scattered discoloration on the jacket and skirt and the hooks and it is missing one eye from the hooks and eyes, while the other one is slightly detached.
